Nano-filler was used to modify EPDM insulation material. This prescription is specially designed for DC cable accessories, which can keep the original advantages of good electrical and mechanical performance of EPDM, also reduce and even the space charge in material. This makes that conductivity of material in different temperature matches with cable insulation and solved the problem of space charge accumulation in insulation interface.
There is grading ring in the top of termination which can reduce the high electrical field strength on outside of termination and cable lug, also prevent and relieve electrostatic adsorption. Besides, grading ring also have the function of preventing corona of cable lug and reducing field strength of conductor connector end. Thus grading ring is effective for improving electrical field distribution of porcelain termination.
The cone bracket with spring presses stress cone clings to the inner cope wall of stress cone cap. This structure separated stress cone with insulation agent. Thus it overcomes the disadvantages of elastic relaxation due to material aging, bad contact between stress cone and cable outer semi-cond. layer etc. and ensured long term stable and safe operation of termination.
Termination bushing applies big and small sheds structure which has good anti-pollution flashover property.
Termination adopts multi-layer seating structure to ensure no leakage problem during operation.
